Job Description

The Head of Human Resources for the Netherlands will lead our HR team in the Netherlands and support around 400 employees divided into 6 locations. Key responsibilities include translating the corporate HR strategy to the Netherlands, enabling the organization's leadership to promote team effectiveness and personal development, and being a visible partner to the business to address business needs touching all HR functions and capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop a strategic human capital plan to meet the organization's goals and strategy during a phase of integration and transformation related to staffing, recruiting, and retention;
  • Develop HR strategies and programs to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture;
  • Partner, coach, and challenge the organization's leadership on People-related topics, actively engaging in the strategic and/or tactical direction, problem statements, business goals, and priorities and how they impact the company;
  • Ensure that the capabilities needed in the respective organizations are there to deliver the business targets;
  • Create tailored solutions for the People's challenges in partnership with (relevant) regional management;
  • Proactively support and develop a united company culture, vision, and values;
  • Ensure planning, evaluation, and implementation of talent planning and succession plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner within an international (matrix) profit organization, excellent People leadership skills, and a proven track record of building and retaining diverse teams.
