Purpose of the Role

This role serves as a link between business strategy, planning and execution from people and organizational perspective. It drives company's success by ensuring people and organizational practices are effectively planned, managed and executed.

This role requires proactive and innovative HR professional who can drive HR practices to support company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to deliver on business strategy and plan.
  • Partner with leadership to align initiatives, focusing on organizational design, talent management and workforce planning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support business needs.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people and organizational matters.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent globally.
  • Oversee talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Foster positive work environment through effective employee relations programs and practices.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with international labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives to support business growth and innovation.
  • Implement structures and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in human resources, with focus on strategic HR management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven track record in an international HR role.
  • Good understanding of global HR practices and various aspects of labor laws.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing HR structures and processes to support business strategy.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
