At Charles River Laboratories, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Customer Support Specialist to join our Microbial Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, with the potential to expand your reach to other regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality services and support to our customers, ensuring their full utilization of our products.
• Develop strong relationships with our commercial team in the region, supporting revenue growth and business objectives.
• Oversee customer activities in your area, guaranteeing business continuity and revenue increase while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer insights and distribute relevant data to stakeholders, informing business decisions.
• Coordinate tasks with colleagues in the Field Customer Support team and Customer Care organization, ensuring seamless processes and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring all goals are achieved and customer needs are met.
• Utilize software tools provided by the company to deliver excellent customer service and gather relevant data.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, contributing to the success of our team and business objectives.
• Plan and organize your field activities weekly, ensuring you are well-prepared to support our customers.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences; Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 4+ years of related experience (Field Service, technical, laboratory, or research); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Native or at least C1 level of Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage daily schedule, trips, and administrative tasks independently, working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be flexible to suit our customers and business needs.
