About the Role
As our Sales and Product Manager, you will promote our product portfolio to customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, develop business at existing and new customers, and work closely with our team to deliver high levels of customer and supplier connection, and increase profitability and performance in the region.
You will be passionate about discovering new product-specialties and thinking of strategies to support our customers to grow in market share. You will take ownership and responsibility for growth, profitability, and the unique creation of specialties for our customers.
Requirements
- You have technical product knowledge acquired by education or experience. A technical affinity and interest is key. Experience in pharmaceutical and medical devices is an asset.
- You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is an asset.
- You have a commercial mindset and a good understanding of customer and market requirements.
- You are focused on building long-term relationships with our customers and colleagues from all departments.
- You are proactive and flexible, and can work in an independent way.
- You have a structured and accurate way of working. You are able to manage a portfolio of various projects at the same time.
