As a Lean Consultant at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and strategic change across the organization. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma will enable you to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions that drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic change projects
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization
- Coach and mentor colleagues to develop their Lean Six Sigma skills
- Work closely with senior management to ensure effective implementation of change initiatives
Working Environment
ABN AMRO Bank's Strategy Execution & Implementation (SE&I) unit is a centre of expertise that enables the bank to manage and execute strategic and regulatory-driven change. As a Lean Consultant, you will be part of a large team of professionals who are highly skilled in program, project, change, and implementation management, as well as Lean Six Sigma consultancy.
Your Profile
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- At least 6 years of experience in Lean (Six Sigma) projects with proven impact
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Strong analytical, presentation, and consultancy skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
