Job Title: Global Product Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product managers team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Identify and exploit growth opportunities within product categories, leveraging market segmentation and lifecycle management techniques.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by implementing effective pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and documentation is current.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within product management.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Proven track record in leading diverse teams and managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
