This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will deliver a proactive, employee-focused, professional administration service. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks related to employee records, benefits administration, and general HR operations. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, employees, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and necessary addenda
  • Offboard employees ensuring accurate employee record maintenance
  • Support the preparation of reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and other relevant data
  • Maintain a repository of template contracts for different employment scenarios
  • Post job vacancies on various job boards and our company website
  • Evaluate complex HR issues escalating them to HR managers when necessary
  • Collaborate with HR managers in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR administration or a related field is beneficial
  • High proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of French HR laws and regulations is preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly valued

We require fluent French speaking skills for this role.
