Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with a dedicated group of Dutch pension funds, providing a superior level of service across all aspects of the client experience.
- You will contribute to a broad platform that serves as the client's main point of contact for a diverse set of functional areas, including portfolio management, sustainable investing, trading, operations, legal, and compliance.
- You will provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex investment decisions and achieve their goals.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience, including portfolio reviews, management of client inquiries, and coordination of client meetings.
- You will stay up-to-date with the latest investment trends and developments, using your expertise to deliver value to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 7 years prior work experience, preferably at an asset management firm.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to organize and track multiple threads of activity, ability to deliver on tight timelines, hands-on approach to resolving issues, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and a pro-active mindset.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with clients, ability to strengthen client relationships through ongoing dialog and interactions, ability to work well with others internally to accomplish client objectives, strong drive for improvement.
- Strong communication skills, ability to summarize client meetings and/or other client interactions to various levels within the organization.
- Ability to excel in a team-environment.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, including managing timely responses and managing priorities.
