About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at EasyToys. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our CRM strategy, enhancing our customer journey, and creating compelling lead generation campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our CRM strategy for national and international EQOM brands.
  • Create and optimize customer journeys to ensure impactful and memorable interactions.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns with a focus on our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Use data and customer insights to drive email marketing and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the performance and relevance of our communications.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Proficiency in email platforms like Klaviyo, DeployTeq, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and basic HTML knowledge.
  • Expertise in statistical methods and A/B testing.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with Dutch knowledge a plus.
