Bar Support Specialist

As a key member of our team at Do Not Disturb, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bar area is well-stocked and operational. This will involve preparing and maintaining the bar, as well as assisting our bartenders with their duties.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team, and will be enthusiastic about learning and growing within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assure the bar area is well-stocked and prepared for service
  • Prepare and maintain the bar, including replenishing stock and cleaning equipment
  • Assist bartenders with their duties, including taking orders and serving customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm about learning and growing within the company
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
