As a Business Analyst, you will identify and articulate business needs from our stakeholder network and various regulatory frameworks. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will craft a vision that harmonizes potentially conflicting requirements and translate this into actionable implementation strategies aligned with ABN AMRO's long-term objectives.
You will ensure that these strategies are well-received by the teams responsible for execution and, when necessary, act as a facilitator to guarantee successful implementation. Your vision and plans will be continuously adapted to the dynamic environment, considering both regulatory changes and internal organizational shifts.
A portion of your time will also be dedicated to testing applications modified by your IT colleagues.
Your work will focus on financial restructuring and recovery initiatives.
Work EnvironmentABN AMRO operates within an agile DevOps framework, and you will be part of a multidisciplinary team—referred to as a block—comprising both business and IT professionals within the Financial Risk domain.
The Financial Risk division, consisting of approximately 250 colleagues, is responsible for various tasks, including RWA calculations and IFRS9 provisions, model implementations, stress testing, scenario analysis, Financial Recovery & Resolution, and Enterprise Risk reporting. Given the central role of the Financial Risk division in the bank's value chains, your stakeholders will extend beyond Risk Management to include business functions, Finance, and other divisions.
You will collaborate closely with a select group of experienced business analysts.
You are a data-driven business analyst specializing in credit risk, capable of leading projects effectively.

- Thorough knowledge and experience in financial risk management.
- The gross monthly salary is based on a 36-hour work week, inclusive of vacation pay and a benefits budget.
- The Benefits Budget constitutes 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits. If unused in a given month, you will receive one twelfth of your Benefits Budget.
- Five weeks of vacation annually, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks.
