About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our BENELUX team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial plan that drives business growth and market share in the BENELUX region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial plan that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Manage and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store marketing activities and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the BENELUX region.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market share.

Requirements:

  • Business School Master or equivalent university degree.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, CatMan or Sales.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or in a Retailer.
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English (both written and oral) and French is a plus.
  • Mobile within Europe.
  • Previous experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) and with project management (ie: In-Store Campaigns).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, mainly Power Point and Excel.
