Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to oversee our company-wide recruitment strategy. As the Director of Global Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across all business domains and EU locations, including logistics centers, corporate, commercial, and tech functions. Your expertise in building recruitment processes and managing a distributed team will help us attract top talent and drive the success of our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full scope of Redcare's recruitment efforts across all business domains and EU locations.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of 15+ team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Provide structured and transparent reporting on recruitment efforts, regularly updating senior management and the HR team on progress and insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders across all locations to streamline business objectives and work with other HR leaders to enhance overall HR performance and effectiveness.
- Audit, review, and continuously improve business processes and recruitment processes to drive operational excellence across the organization.
About You:
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition efforts across multiple domains.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present insights to senior management.
- Expertise in process improvement and the use of recruitment tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in German and strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
