About the Role
The Global Procurement & Third Party Management department at Robeco plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. The objective of the department is to support the Robeco organization in procuring high-quality products and services and maintaining operational resilience in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure marketing & sales, HR, facilities, and professional services related goods and services.
- Work closely with the Category & Third Party Managers within General Services and the Operational Procurement Support team to achieve an optimal purchasing process within the category.
- Set priorities and operate independently and autonomously for low-risk purchases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Facilities, Human Resources, and Corporate Services.
- Coordinate the procurement process with internal stakeholders, including the purchase of goods and services, identifying and developing new preferred suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards related to third-party management.
Requirements
- Positive, accurate, and flexible attitude with an analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
- Skilled and experienced professional with a background in procurement.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience in monitoring vendors and vendor performance monitoring, as well as experience with (P2P) procurement processes or Workday as a procurement system.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Procurement professional.
About the Team
You will become part of a team of 13 Category & Third Party Managers and 5 Operational Procurement Support professionals, and will report into the Senior Manager Category & Third Party Risk Management.
