Our Mission at CYCLE
  • Perform regular safety checks and maintenance on our e-bikes to ensure they are in top condition for our customers.
  • Diagnose and repair faults, sharing findings and solutions with the team as necessary.
  • Manage spare parts in our storage to ensure optimal equipment.
  • Take responsibility for our fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance.
  • Visit partner companies to maintain and repair e-bikes on-site.
  • Actively gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and encourage dialogue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical understanding and relevant experience, with practical knowledge of electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics beneficial.
  • Passion for working with e-bikes and bicycles, with ability to perform minor repairs.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Class B driver's license mandatory for this role.
  • Ability to travel daily for work, including to Belgium.
