Avomind supports German and Dutch companies doing business in neighbouring countries. We bring entrepreneurs together, offer legal advice, help companies find staff, and manage payroll administration for more than 250 customers.

We have a strong relationship and client network as well as 1,500 member companies.

Your Role
  • You will advise new and existing customers and take care of payroll administration for their staff in the Netherlands or Germany.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client portfolio with a small team of payroll administrators and a payroll assistant.
  • Take care of payroll administration for German and Dutch employees.
  • Divide tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead your team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer HR, pension, and salary questions from customers.
  • Liaise with lawyers and pension and insurance professionals to provide support to customers.
  • Proactively liaise with competent authorities on behalf of customers.

  • A competitive salary between €3,500 and €5,000 per month (full-time basis) plus an 8% holiday allowance and 4% end-of-year bonus.
  • A one-year contract which can be converted into an open-ended contract if both parties are satisfied.

Requirements
  • PDL diploma in Payroll Administration.
  • Experience in salary administration for clients and knowledge of collective labour agreements, WKR, salary split, and the 30% rule.
  • Dutch at mother tongue level and proficiency in German or willingness to improve German skills.
  • Good communication skills, helpful attitude, and ability to take initiative.
  • Previous team management experience is an advantage.
