Description

As the Head of Maintenance Information System at The Kraft Heinz Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the maintenance processes within our organization. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our business by maintaining critical assets, minimizing downtime, and ensuring proper MRO and maintenance cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for SAP PM, aligning it with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term objectives and KPIs related to maintenance efficiency and reliability.
  • Drive standardization and benchmarks internally and externally and stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in maintenance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing with SAP PM professionals in the different zones.
  • Define and implement MRO and Maintenance cost control strategies with a strong link to SAP PM.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, simplifications, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM functionalities, including maintenance planning, work orders, and master data management.
  • Proven experience with implementation and execution of maintenance strategies in a factory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP PM or related modules is a plus.
