We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Expert Advisor to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Regulations & Policies Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the bank's risk management strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and apply complex financial regulations, including CRR III / Basel IV and EBA guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of risk policies and procedures that support the bank's strategic objectives.
- Contribute to regulatory dialogues and on-site inspections by supervisors, including the ECB and DNB.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution or financial supervisor.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of Dutch a plus.
