Key Responsibilities- Category Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our categories in sales and margin, including deciding on assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with our suppliers to secure the best possible deals and develop a strong supplier network.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce developments and use data to inform your decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Retail Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Hub Operations, to ensure growth and profitability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization within category management and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience as a buyer, category manager, or key account manager in the food or non-food industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience in making pragmatic decisions to achieve business income, working proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Learning and Development: An annual learning budget of €1000 and individual coaching options.
