CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH is a leading provider of all-inclusive E-Bike and Cargo Bike subscriptions in cities across Europe. Our service enables businesses and couriers to deliver goods efficiently and sustainably on the last mile, partnering with companies like Flink, MAYD, Wolt, and Just Eat, as well as thousands of independent couriers.

Your Mission at CYCLE
  • Ensure the optimal performance of our e-bike fleet by conducting regular checks and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with our e-bikes, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain our fleet.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of our e-bikes, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Visit partner companies to provide on-site bike repairs and maintenance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A passion for bicycles, particularly e-bikes.
  • Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn and develop your expertise.
  • Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus, but not required).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within Belgium for work.
