Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from HKD 60,000 to HKD 100,000 per month. In addition, we provide contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking high-caliber IT talents to join our HCMS Team as Enterprise IT Professionals. The appointees will develop and maintain HR related applications and projects on digital transformation. They will collect and analyze user requirements; design, develop and maintain enterprise-based IT systems; coordinate with stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. They should have solid experiences in enterprise application customization, development and support, and system analysis, integration, testing and data analysis. A good command of written and spoken English is also essential. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, including Power App, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure and Dataverse, etc.
  • Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleTools development
  • Web & app programming (Java Servlet, PHP), web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Node.js) and UNIX Shell scripts
  • Database programming such as PL/SQL, JDBC with Oracle database
  • System integration especially for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, with REST API, JSON, etc.
  • Software development lifecycle and methodologies

The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years and commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
