About the Role:

The HR Data Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in transitioning our organization to a more data-driven approach, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning. This position will be responsible for compiling, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data to develop insights and conclusions that help streamline HR processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of management information and reporting within applicable deadlines.
  • Reconciliation of data for personnel expenses accounts.
  • Compilation of files for collective salary increases, such as appraisals and collective labour agreements.
  • Delivery of reliable data, both internally and externally, including headcount, contact data, and various reports at the request of managers or third parties, pension fund, and insurance companies.
  • Guarding the confidentiality of information.
  • Providing carefully considered and reliable advice as a subject matter expert for payroll and wage tax purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance-related study or equivalent experience.
  • Ideal 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Payroll and labor law knowledge in the Netherlands.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail.
  • Can-do mentality.
