Join Maersk as a Finance Business Partner

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize hub spend in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assess trade-offs between cost savings, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through an action-oriented framework.
  • Drive the use of financial models for decision-making and investment processes.
  • Accountable for delivery and follow-up of financials (Budget, Monthly, and FY process) vis-a-vis Hubs.
  • Accountable for proper Balance Sheet management.
  • Identify new creative ways to add value to the organization and challenge the status quo.
  • Impact decisions through presenting the right set of financials.
  • Ensure adherence to the established operating system design, maintaining consistency and integrity across all financial/operational processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in FP&A & Finance Business Partnering.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Analytical capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking, great communication skills, problem-solving.
  • Experience in Logistics Industry.
  • Previous operations execution experience is a plus.
