About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at NRG Office. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and standardizing our packaging processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement packaging standards for our international operations
  • Monitor internal and external developments in packaging technologies to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize packaging processes and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Technical Business, or related field
  • At least five years of experience in packaging processes and logistics optimization
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
