About the Role
Panda International is seeking an experienced Medical Device Post Market Surveillance Manager to oversee end-to-end complaint handling, recall management, and regulatory reporting for medical devices distributed across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, and other relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-site teams in a global environment and strong knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field is required, as well as fluency in English and French (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCA) and recall execution across EMEA
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure robust investigations
- Develop and implement Post Market Surveillance procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team across multiple European locations
