GKN Aerospace is a leader in the aerospace industry, and we're looking for a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all levels of the business
- Ensure all calls are correctly logged and managed
- Resolve IT service and incident requests in a timely manner
- Adhere to IT service management processes and maintain hardware and software standards
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in an IT technical support team
- Experience as 1st or 2nd line IT Service Desk
- Familiarity with working in a large multi-tiered IT support environment
- Relevant technical IT qualifications or equivalent experience
