We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Compliance Officer to join our team at IQ-EQ. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our regulatory and procedural client due diligence, and promoting consistency and quality throughout the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure the quality of regulatory and procedural client due diligence during and outside the compliance review process.
  • Ensure substantiation and documentation of all relevant parts of the structure and the UBO(s) of the relevant parts of the structure.
  • Support Client Service Managers with completing the Client Memorandum and Client Acceptance tab.
  • Escalate non-conformities and behavioural issues to the line manager and/or project manager.
  • Maintain close contact with the Compliance team and ensure proper follow-up of their advises and/or action points.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a similar compliance related role in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the Wwft and preferably the WTT.
