About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Finance Assistant specializing in Compensation and Financial Operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing various compensation processes, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
About You
This internship opportunity requires candidates to major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. It necessitates a foundational understanding of financial principles and concepts, coupled with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Candidates should possess business-level communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Additionally, the role entails working collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the position.
