As a key member of our Nourish business, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sustainability strategy, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with our corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Corporate Sustainability, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive sustainability initiatives and business growth.
- Lead the development of partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Manage and execute sustainability projects, including regenerative agriculture initiatives, scope 3 emission tracking, and public funding applications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including senior leadership, customers, and industry partners.
- Communicate and promote our sustainability capabilities and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and sustainability initiatives.
- Experience working with large business and global corporations at senior leadership levels.
