About the Role

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Dutch Speaking After Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and ensuring satisfaction throughout the post-purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and support for after-sales inquiries, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Conduct follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback, utilizing this information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions provided, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements, driving continuous quality enhancement and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training or support to customers as required, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to maximize their experience with our products.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in after sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on driving business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using electronic communication tools and customer management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
