Job Title: Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to join our Employee Experience PoD. As a key member of our product team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and driving customer success.

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT Service Management and the agility to master new technical concepts. Your expertise in digital employee experience, AI, and GenAI will be invaluable in helping us create a next-generation IT and mobile platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with sales and customer teams to inform our product roadmap and drive customer success.
  • Sales and Marketing Alliance: Equip sales teams with insights and materials to champion our product suite.
  • Customer-Centric Vision: Channel customer feedback into product development for maximum impact and alignment with user needs.
  • Market Insight: Investigate market trends to inform product strategies and enhance sales and product usability.
  • Education and Advocacy: Develop educational programs to encourage product adoption and highlight customer success stories.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst within a software product company. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven history in a B2B client-facing role, preferably using the ServiceNow platform to achieve customer success.
  • ITSM Expertise: Deep understanding of IT Service Management and the ability to master new technical concepts.
  • Digital Employee Experience: Familiarity with the Digital Employee Experience market and tools, and the challenges of creating a digital-first culture.
  • AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI, GenAI, and LLM.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to balance technical feasibility with strategic goals.
  • Communication Excellence: Skilled in presenting to large audiences and engaging with customers on an individual basis.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Think strategically, learn quickly, and communicate impactfully.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy and excel in a highly collaborative environment.
