Client Account Specialist

The Client Account Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the daily activities related to the processing of assigned client accounts. This individual is responsible for identifying process improvements and facilitating solutions to internal and external requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to routine questions, processing issues, and requests according to company-defined procedures.
- Analyze processed data, issues, and requests, and communicate them verbally and in writing using company-approved methods and tools.
- Present clear and complete freight rate information to the rating team in a timely manner.
- Verify freight invoices for assigned accounts using the CassPort Exception Management system.
- Identify changes and enhancements to improve the overall efficiency and quality of processing.
- Represent the company positively, both internally and externally, in accordance with written principles.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of significant issues on a timely basis.
Requirements:
- Well-developed organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels.
- Ability to fluently communicate in both English and Dutch.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration, or equivalent experience.
