Cycling Expert and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bike Mechanic to join our team as a key member responsible for ensuring the quality of our bicycles. As part of our quality assurance process, you will be responsible for repairing, checking, and fixing bikes according to our standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, check, and fix bicycles in accordance with our quality standards;
  • Prepare new bicycles for delivery and ensure they meet our quality requirements;
  • Mainly work independently but also collaborate with colleagues on technical aspects related to bike repair;
  • Maintain accurate stock control of bicycles and bicycle parts;
  • Support your team members by providing expert advice on bike-related technical matters;
  • Participate in maintaining high data entry quality at our headquarters.

About You:

  • You hold a certification in bike mechanics from a recognized educational institution (preferably);
  • You have a genuine passion for cycling and customer service;
  • A minimum of one year's relevant experience as a bike mechanic would be beneficial;
  • You possess an eye for detail and strive for perfection in all your work;
  • You can adapt to working both independently and as part of a team;
  • You are fluent in English and French; and
  • No bike is too challenging for you

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with our team to maintain the highest quality of bicycles and provide exceptional customer service;
  • The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask;
  • High salary: approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience;
