Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate meetings, committees, and events, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage inbox, review and prioritize incoming communication, and maintain excellent standards of communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage expenses, and process invoices and work orders.
- Organize team events and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Provide stakeholder management, point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international corporate setting.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to take initiative, and make independent decisions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a high level of discretion and ability to deal with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Office 365 and familiar with systems such as Ariba, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Workday.
