About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Accounting Consultant to join our team at Resources Connection UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of projects, leveraging your expertise in financial reporting and accounting processes to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Build and maintain high-profile relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze financial results against budget and provide insights for business decision-making
  • Lead accounting projects, including revenue recognition, supply chain accounting, SG&A, HR, and payroll accounting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in SAP S4 HANA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of global business practices
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively
