Mechatronics Master Graduation Internship: Industrial Transformation of Motion Control Platform

Introduction
Are you a master student in Mechatronics or Systems and Control looking for a graduation internship? Do you have experience in designing control strategies and software for Motion Control? Are you skilled in Python and/or LabVIEW? If so, this internship might be the perfect opportunity for you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting and gain practical experience.
Background Information
At ASML, we design and manufacture lithography machines that produce microchips. Our machines are used in the production of semiconductors, and we take pride in being the world's leading supplier for the semiconductor industry. We strive to be a force for good in the world, enabling energy transition, AI, and making healthcare more accessible.
Your Assignment
In this internship, you will gather and understand the current usage requirements of our Motion Control Platform. You will then dive deep into the platform, performing an assessment of its capabilities and functionalities. Additionally, you will find solutions to match and improve current performance, and develop software and applications for motion control.
Your Profile
To be a match for this internship, you:
- Are a master student in Mechatronics or Systems and Control;
- Have experience in designing control strategies and software for Motion Control;
- Are skilled in tooling like LabVIEW and Python;
- Are driven by curiosity and have a hands-on mentality;
- Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
This is a graduation internship for 5 days a week with a duration of 9 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
