DOW BENELUX B.V. offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Turnaround Planner to join their team in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. As a Senior Turnaround Planner, you will create job packages from the work order scope which contains all of the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of the work.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares job package and inputs plan into SAP indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
  • Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete.
  • Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and identifies materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
  • Identifies/solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
  • Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed. Creates, develops, changes, updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change (MOC), as required.
  • Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans.
  • Makes cost and duration a consideration in planning.
  • Uses measurement process to track planning effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of MBO 4 with technical education or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other technical education.
  • You have several years of relevant experience, for example in maintenance at different plants or worked in different turnarounds.
  • Fluent in the English language and knowledgeable in Dutch.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or ROSER and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Your estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €65,000 - €80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
