We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controller to join our team at Varbisto B.V. in Hilversum. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the project administration in AFAS, ensuring timely and accurate processing of project data.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain project administration in AFAS, including data collection, processing, and registration.
- Develop and maintain project contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project-related queries and issues.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project status and progress.
- Analyze and report on project budget variances and factoring status.
- Support the onboarding of consultants on various projects.
- Maintain relationships with the Finance and Sales/Business Unit Manager teams.
- Contribute to the development of management reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Hold a HBO work and thinking level, with a HBO diploma not being a hard requirement.
- Be an ambitious and eager-to-learn individual who is willing to take on new challenges.
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Have knowledge of AFAS, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with AFAS experience being a plus.
- Be able to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Be able to take ownership of tasks and work independently, while also being willing to collaborate with others.
- Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
