Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TAR Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a TAR Planner, you will play a critical role in preparing maintenance activities for our Production Site in Pernis, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage work orders at task level, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to identify and record work to be carried out, determining the required materials and time for execution.
  • Determine the required skills and expertise of technicians and contractors, and budget accordingly.
  • Order and reserve materials, and call on services as needed.
  • Process documentation into a workbook, and offer work orders to the scheduler for approval.
  • Closing work orders, including updating associated documentation, and managing the workload of both prepared and unprepared work.

Internal:

  • Technical Assistant, Operational Planner and Scheduler, Warehouse, Purchasing Department, Data Maintainer.

External:

  • Contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • MBO+/HBO (E&I-Q) or equivalent qualification.
  • MBO+ (Electro) with additional training and education.
  • Experience with SAP and CMMS systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a chemical production environment, with at least 2 years in a technical executive or similar position.
  • Knowledge of safety processes and specific safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
