Strategic Communication Manager Benelux

As a key member of the Danone team, the Communication Manager Benelux will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's presence and reputation in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This senior-level position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive business growth and engagement. They will work closely with the Senior Internal & External Communication Manager to ensure seamless execution of internal and external communication plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and presence in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media representatives.
- Manage and coordinate communication activities, including press releases, news updates, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications and/or media relations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with French as a plus.
