Job Purpose

As the Sales Support professional, you will play a vital role in executing McCain's strategy plan to strengthen our market position in the appetizer business.

You will work within our Private Label Division, assisting in expanding volumes and customer base across retail and food service channels in European and export markets.

  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of replies and services to the customers.
  • Provide excellent service by promptly addressing customer inquiries to the right persons in the organization and resolving issues.
  • Maintain updated customer data.
  • Coordinate with the different departments to ensure sales materials are up to date.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Be a key contact for customers and prospects for any queries.
  • Support the sales team in forecast collection.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of the prospects before/after the exhibitions.
  • Transmit the statistics or commission reports to customers.
  • Coordinate and follow the sample requests until delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office and CRM software (Power BI).
