About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Data Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing our website's performance and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and forecast a wide range of KPIs, with a focus on traffic and conversion rate.
  • Develop and implement digital forecasting and automation of data flows.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to visualize performance data and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital analytics tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, including custom reporting and complex segmentation.
  • Knowledge of dashboarding tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
