Job Overview

ASML is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead the EUV Dose Control Function Cluster. This role is responsible for leading the operational body, including function, SW, E-dev, and Industrialization, to ensure business-needs-synchronized planning and in-time execution of the deliverable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a compelling vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap that inspires train members.
  • Maintain and align with key stakeholders to ensure a healthy balance between market needs, innovation, and sustaining the product life cycle.
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the train, using effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to manage expectations and get people to join the cause.
  • Manage a complex environment with an eye on long-term interests and consequences, requiring integration and alignment with the whole value chain.
  • Apply guardrails to balance demand over team capacity and competence, speaking both business and technical language.

Requirements

  • Master or PhD in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics.
  • 10+ years project or portfolio management experience in a high-tech, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in optical design, electronic control loops, SW architecture, and FW development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, capability of constant zoom in and out along the scope landscape, in-depth domain knowledge, and EUV system view.
  • Natural communicator with excellent leadership skills and master communication in English.
