About the Role
As a Health and Safety Specialist at DSV, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the implementation and enhancement of our health and safety strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, advise on, and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Create action plans based on Risk Assessment and Evaluation (RAE) findings and lead resulting projects.
- Manage incident response and follow up on all reports.
- Participate in or lead multidisciplinary teams to develop process descriptions, work instructions, and control measures.
- Translate relevant laws and regulations into practical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in occupational safety.
- Relevant experience and a strong interest in health and safety within a logistics or process-oriented environment.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
