Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality & Prevention Officer to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, developing, and training the organization on our company's ISO Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and process audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop the team on quality management systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure quality and sustainability of production processes.
- Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
- Investigate customer inquiries related to quality and develop strategies to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with purchasing and engineering to oversee and implement supplier quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance management.
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Certified auditor for ISO standards.
- Experience in directing and participating in safety committees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
