Your Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing urgent quality concerns in collaboration with suppliers and overseeing non-conformity processes.
  • Analyzing customer feedback on a monthly basis and participating in supplier evaluations to assess quality KPIs.
  • Identifying opportunities for product quality enhancements and initiating improvement projects in partnership with our Innovation Department.
  • Serving as the primary contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding quality-related inquiries.
  • Acting as a business ambassador to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for a unique individual who is:

  • Multi-task oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of analyzing root causes and simplifying complex issues.
  • Possessing a degree in science or technology, or equivalent experience in packaging technology or industrial design engineering.
  • Having a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance role within the (cosmetic) packaging industry.
  • Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • In possession of a valid driver's license.
