Head Bartender

We're seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Breman Brasserie and Barbue. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and anticipating guest needs.
About UsBreman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building. Our menu features traditional European-meets-South American cuisine, while our bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavors and captivating New World wines.
Barbue is a destination cocktail bar by award-winning mixologist, Renato Giovannoni. Our bar uses drinks, music, and hospitality to express the sharing of cultures between Europe and South America, while celebrating the rich history of the Lloyd building and of those who passed through.
What You'll Do- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves.
- Make a wide range of drinks, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
- Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily.
- Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with cash control procedures.
- Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.
- Individuals who are passionate about hospitality and want to make a positive impact on our guests.
- People who are not precious and are willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous bar tending and cocktail making experience is a must.
