Job Summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, with experience in supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and identify problems with client KPIs, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all employees, contractors, and clients, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
  • Pull parts in accordance with job packages or order verifications, accurately tagging items with item number, quantity, and description.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against packing slips, purchase orders, or other documentation.
  • Perform counts to support the cycle count process, storing materials in proper inventory locations and securing the cargo area in accordance with company requirements.
  • Maintain the warehouse and cargo area in accordance with company housekeeping policies.
  • Understand and adhere to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing/Walking 75% of the time.
  • Stand or sit for long periods.
  • Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and frequently climb or balance.
  • Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving 50 pounds by hand.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education, or combination thereof.
  • Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.
