Katapultdam, a leading fintech company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreach to identify new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage potential customers to strengthen Katapultdam's market position in the Benelux.
  • Research potential customers and learn about their business needs.
  • Work closely with account executives, marketing, and customer success teams to convert leads into opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
  • Affinity or experience with financial markets or trading.
