About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Finance & Risk Business Grids team at ABN Amro. As a Business Manager, you will provide strategic support to the Head of F&RBG and its Management Team, driving the initiation, development, implementation, and monitoring of the team's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of F&RBG in the development and implementation of the team's strategy and goals
  • Coordinate the Management Team F&RBG meetings and ensure effective communication and follow-up on actions
  • Provide substantive and strategic support to the Head of F&RBG and its Management Team
  • Lead processes and project teams as necessary
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the bank, including Risk departments, Finance, HR, and Business Units
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a banking or consultancy environment
  • University education
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, project planning, budget, and management information techniques
  • Good command of the English and Dutch language
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle working under pressure well
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks
  • Personal development budget of €1,000 per year, accumulable up to €3,000
